The creator of this website got her first rabbit when she was 8 years old. Her mom signed her up for 4-H because, let's be honest, they had no idea what they were doing. Through her rabbit focused 4-H club she learned all about rabbits; care, breeding, health, showing, and even participated in knowledge competitions. At one point she had a custom rabbit hutch with an amazing spray tray system and housed over 24 Dutch rabbits (not to mention the babies every spring)! Her two younger sisters also followed suit and raised Mini Lops and American Fuzzy Lops! The youngest even won the Maryland State knowledge competition in 2014! |
